At Gyan Yoga Ashram, the 200 hour yoga teacher training is a comprehensive course which covers many aspects of yoga. It is suitable for both beginners and regular practitioners who seek to advance in their yogic career.

We are registered with the Yoga Alliance USA to provide certified yoga teacher training in Rishikesh. Our curriculum is based on international guidelines as monitored by the Yoga Alliance USA. Acquiring a certificate from our school makes you eligible to be a renowned yoga teacher anywhere in the world.

Our 200 hour yoga ttc is a month-long residential program where students get to experience the popular ashram lifestyle. Regular classes for asana(postures), dhyana(meditation) and pranayama(breath control) are to be attended by the students.We also teach modern subjects like yoga philosophy, alignment and adjustment, basic anatomy and more.To ensure the quality of yoga education is never compromised, we have different teachers for various subjects.
